We all learn at different levels, some people pick things up much faster than others. It also depends on the amount of time you are willing to invest in practicing. The lessons give you the skills what you do with that with the time between the lessons is up to you. Generally speaking you should have an idea of timing and beat within the first 4-6 weeks.
